OPERATION BUILD THE BAY (Tampa Bay's Hip-Hop and R&B) is showcasing the musical talent on both sides of Tampa Bay!  The goal of this group is to provide a platform to share your music, events, talents and skills.  This is a great place to network with your peers and help evolve the Tampa Bay Hip Hop community. Producers, DJ's, Singers, Rappers, Media, Graphic Designers, Videographers, Photographers and Promoters are all encouraged to join! WE are the come up so let's get to work!
